Good and Grey

Señores,

Throughout the cauldrons of history white has been associated with purity…cleanliness. Conversely black has been linked to evil and a consuming darkness.

In the art world, white is considered the absence of color (nothing) and black is all colors (everything) blended together.

In mathematics, when nothing is added to everything, everything will remain and nothing is new. (Go ahead and think on that, lol).

But in fashion, when u mix white (the pure nothing) with black (the evil everything), you get GREY.

…and she is the fashion’s new backdrop for life.

Check it out…

  1. I absolutely loved your introduction to the post…very clever. And I agree, gray is surfacing everywhere and nearly all I see, especially in men’s fashion magazines. Thanks so much for sharing – your outfits look great!
